Congrats! I imagine it must take a lot of upperbody and abdominal strenght to hold and maintain your own weight in space. (Referencing photo 3 in particular. That one really shows off your prowess).

Thank you, Anna! Yes, pole has definitely developed my core and upper body strength. It truly is very empowering to be able to hold certain poses
